Bio

Shares are now available in Energized—a handsome, lightly-raced, ex-Godolphin two-year-old, rising three-year-old, gelding by the best son of I Am Invincible at stud Brazen Beau, from Stakes-performed sprinting mare Miniature (by Exceed And Excel). He will be trained at Warwick Farm by Richard Litt, who is renowned for his success with ex-Godolphin horses, and with Energized being a young horse, he has plenty of upside.

His sire Brazen Beau is a Group 1-winning sprinter who also performed internationally running a devastatingly close 2nd in the Group 1 Diamond Jubilee over 1200m at Royal Ascot. He hit the ground running at stud and has sired 37 Stakes winners globally.

His dam Miniature is from the family of Group 1 winner Rinky Dink and Group 2 and 3 winner Galah. She has had four foals to race for three winners, including Stakes performer Micro who won over 1100m to 1300m. Energized has the potential to complete the set, with his most eye-catching run being on June 17th 2023 at Kembla Grange where he came with a very strong finish to run 2nd by the narrowest of margins.

Being a young horse, Energized has plenty of racing ahead of him—we feel he will be a nice three-year-old and a lot of fun to race, with the potential to build on what he has started. We think he is an improving type and an exciting prospect.

Monarch Racing Syndications has already tasted success with ex-Godolphin horses with the Richard Litt-trained Destination. He was purchased for $95,000 and won and placed three times in the city in his first race campaign for us amassing $91,250 in prize money.

There has never been a better time to be in racehorse ownership with the recent prize money increase announcement of $6.5 million annually for Metropolitan and Provincial races in NSW, and an increase of $7 million annually for Group and Listed races.
