Some families don’t whisper, they announce themselves early. This cracking CAPITALIST filly comes from a line that understands speed, and realises that speed early.

Her dam MOSSBEAT was a mare of genuine quality. She was placed at Group 3 level and Listed level, retiring with three wins and nearly $300,000 in prizemoney. But her impact did not stop on the track.

Her first two foals to race are both five-time winners.
Every one of them; the dam, the sire and both runners, were winners as 2yo’s.

That is not coincidence. That is a pattern.

The story strengthens with her full brother SOVEREIGN FUND, who exploded onto the scene winning the Listed Wyong Magic Millions Classic on debut as a 2yo, and then went within a long neck of capturing the $3 million Magic Millions Guineas as a 3yo. Now racing in Hong Kong, he was a winner again last week, continuing to elevate the page with five wins and over $1.5 million earned.

This is a family that shows up early, and keeps showing up.

On the sire line, she is by CAPITALIST, the Golden Slipper winner whose stock are lighting up racetracks across Australia and Hong Kong. A champion 2yo himself, he now sits atop the Sires Premiership Table, producing winners with the same precocity and competitiveness that defined his own career. With an amazing 13 winners just last week, he now has more winners this season than “I Am Invincible”, “Snitzel”, “Zoustar” and “Written Tycoon”.

Speed is not just present in this pedigree. It is entrenched. And yet, what truly sold us was not just the page, it was the individual.

Our beautiful filly is already at the Breakers, where she has settled in like a professional. Once her initial education is completed, she will head to Wangaratta to be trained by Ben Brisbourne.
